• Our goal is a 24 hour contact from official assignment. A follow up status report advising you of our scheduled inventory inspection. A thorough explanation of our service will be provided to the insured and any questions regarding the process addressed. A preliminary report with a suggested reserve will follow immediately after the commencement of the inventory.
